Uzbekistan has different landscapes from deserts to mountainous valleys. Explore the nature treasures of Chimgan Mountains.

Arrival to Tashkent, a short excursion along the capital of the country.

Khast Imam complex famous with it`s original manuscript of Saint Coran, Chorsu bazaar. Dinner. Overnight in Tashkent.

Breakfast. Road to Guzelkent (50km, 1 hour drive) and then to the village of Uchbau (16km, 30 minutes drive). We begin our hike along the Chekchim River to the confluence of the rivers Aksakatasay and Nurekatasay (2h30 hike). Picnic lunch. Then we climb to Aksakatasay cave and walk along the river of the same name to the point of convergence of Kachkasu and Aksakatasay (1350-1400m).

Dinner. Overnight in tents.

We go along the river Kachkasu to the pass Takhta (2400m). Picnic lunch. We finish our hike towards the Karangur stream where we set our camp at the altitude of 2250m.

Dinner. Overnight in tents.

We climb to the top Karangur (2940m) where we find a fantastic view of the peaks of Chatkal, and Pskem of the Great Chimgan, and the many peaks are over 4000m. Picnic lunch. We descend through the mountain Djar (2936m) and Mount Mingdjilki to the place of camp (2600m). Dinner. Overnight in tents.

We go down to a place called "Takhta" (2800m). We mount to the foothills of Chimgan peak (2900m) and then join the Chetkumbel pass, perched at 1880m. The visit of the rock petro glyphs. Picnic lunch. We reach the cable car Beldersay and go down to the highway (1700m). Transfer to Tashkent (70km, 2 hours drive).

Dinner. Overnight in Tashkent.

In the morning, drive to Samarkand by train Afrasiab, (280 km) After lunch, half day city tour, including:

• Afrosiab Museum

Dinner. Overnight Samarkand.

We continue exploring the city:

Dinner. Overnight Samarkand.

Breakfast. Drive to Shakhrisabz native city of Great Timur. (Tamer lane). Shakhrisabz “green city” was very important city at XIV-XV centuries.

• Akaray palace a summer residence of Great Timur
• Dorut – Tilovat complex
• Dorus – Siadat complex with empty grave of Timur

Then we continue driving to Katta Langar.

Dinner. Overnight in homestay.

Breakfast. Hiking along the village to observe rural local life.

Dinner. Overnight in homestay.

Breakfast. Drive to Bukhara. Accommodation to the hotel. Bukhara is famous under the name (Kubbat al Islam)-the dome of Islam. Bukhara is a city of caravans, craftsmen and real oriental image.

After lunch the visit of sightseeing’s of the city:

• Ismail Samanid’s mausoleum the most ancient historical building of Bukhara X -century
• Chashma Ayub mausoleum with the museum of water’s history of region.
• Bolo khauz mosque famous as a mosque of emirs “ title of governors”

Ark fortress residence of emirs.

Dinner. Overnight in Bukhara.

Breakfast. Bukhara city tour.

• The medressahs of Ulugbek, Abdulazizkhan, Mir Arab working nowadays
• Kalon mosque and minaret the highest in Bukhara 48 m
• Chor Minor madrassah
• 3 commercial domes – Toki Telpakfurushon, Toki Sarrafon, Toki Zargaron
• Labi – Khauz complex where you can see 2 medressahs, small lake surrounded with old trees, and Nodir Devonbegi’s Kanaga built in XVII century

Transfer to railway station and depature to Tashkent by train.

Overnight in train.
